What is Gridview in ASP.NET ?? For what we use it ??

Hi friends, today I am here to say you about “Gridview”.

Before saying about “Gridview” I will say “what is the use of it and in which situations we use it?”

If you are the Admin of a website then you want to see all the “users” in your website. Normally you may think then we may see it in Database. But if we use this we can see the whole table data simply in your application itself.

Another situation where we use it is “Searching a bank near your place” simply by trimming the text box value and comparing with database and we can view the data which we need.
